Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at order@moodstories.us. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
