Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at order@moodstories.us and we will help track it down.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at order@moodstories.us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
